Clear Sky Sangha
Meditation Practices

You are invited to participate in an ongoing Dharma group called the Clear Sky Sangha. Our emphasis is on teachings and practices that support the awakening of a shift in identity from the personality to one's ultimate nature - called by many names - Buddha Nature, True Self, Being, Emptiness. Equal attention is given to practices that help to integrate and stabilize this shift so that it becomes an ongoing and embodied experience in one's daily life. This group is for those already grounded in a basic meditation practice, and for those who wish to deepen their practice in the context of a committed group of fellow practitioners. We emphasize four essential supports to self-realization and its embodiment: teachers, teachings, community and practice. The group is led alternately by Sanjay Manchanda and Anna Douglas.

Fee: $30-50 per session, sliding scale.

Half-Day Workshop

Women tell their birth stories to be social, to instruct, to brag, and in search of healing. When pregnancy, birth or postpartum are the source of grief, anger, or confusion, then the parent or professional tells their story in search of "medicine," healing words, a new insight, forgiveness of themselves or another. This workshop revives the nearly forgotten role of the story-listener who listens in such a way she helps the teller heal her own story. Through mantra sadhana and meditation, Amma and Swamiji give participants the tools to tap into cosmic energy and use the shakti to advance on their paths. They take participants through a deep guided astral journey into the void, where everything is unmanifest, and from that place, guide people to manifest what they want in life. Participants are guided through a Sri Chakra Yantra (ancient sacred geometry), which is an energy vortex where many experience a massive infusion of Divine energy into their being. Specific practices are given so that participants can at will align themselves with the Divine energy for deep spiritual experiences and transformation to a higher consciousness. Many will experience prana balancing that would otherwise take years of yoga and meditation to attain.
